The short version. PROCURE is satire. The invoices and scores it makes are specimens with no legal validity. Nothing here is professional advice. The ideas wall shows what people want built, not accusations against real people or companies. Use it in that spirit and we are all good.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using PROCURE (procuretm.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

PROCURE is operated by Futures Group (Pty) Ltd (Reg: 2024/663048/07), trading as SA Rejects. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and us, and are governed by South African law.

2. PROCURE is a work of satire

PROCURE is a satirical depiction of how corrupt procurement works. It exists to make a point, not to enable wrongdoing.

Every invoice, score, and figure the site generates is a marked SPECIMEN with no legal, financial, or tax validity. It is a depiction of a practice, never a tool to carry one out.
The "features", testimonials, statistics, and "compliance" badges on the satirical pages are fictional and part of the satire.
PROCURE names no real person, company, or tender, and you must not use it to do so (see section 4).

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on PROCURE, including the ideas wall, any "playbook", guide, or comment, is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or business advice, and it must not be relied on as such. We are not your advisor. Before acting on anything you read here, speak to an admitted South African attorney, a registered tax practitioner, or another suitably qualified professional. Any decision you make is yours alone.

4. The ideas wall and your content

The ideas wall lets you suggest what SA Rejects should build, and ask for help. When you post, the following applies.

What you may post

Ideas about what to build and how to win, work, and trade honestly
Your own experience, kept general

What you may not post

The name of, or anything that identifies, a real person, company, or specific tender
Accusations of crime or wrongdoing against an identifiable party
Anything false, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing, or unlawful
Spam, scams, or another person's private information

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for what you post. You confirm that your content is your own, is lawful, and does not name or target a real party. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it to run and promote the project.

We moderate, but we are a platform

Every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears, and we may edit, refuse, or remove anything for any reason. Approved posts are self-submitted suggestions by their authors. We do not endorse or verify them, and we are not their author.

5. Report content (notice and takedown)

See something that names or targets a real person or company?

Tell us and we will review and remove it promptly. Email legal@sarejects.com with a link or description of the post and why it should come down. We act on valid reports quickly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to actually facilitate corruption, fraud, or tax evasion
Present any specimen invoice or score as a genuine document to any person, bank, or authority
Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, scrape, or overload the site
Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Disclaimers

PROCURE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any idea, suggestion, or outcome described on the site will work or be lawful in your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futures Group (Pty) Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of PROCURE, your reliance on anything posted here, or the conduct of any other user. You use the site at your own risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futures Group (Pty) Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms or of any other person's rights.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, or pause or retire PROCURE, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. We may remove content or restrict access where these terms are breached.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Before any formal step, please contact us at legal@sarejects.com so we can try to resolve it.
